Fun with Ferments
If you're longing to kraut your veggies, to learn the magic behind turning plain old milk into kefir, to make vegan fermented cheese, or to make tea fizzy and fermented (Kombucha), this workshop is for you! We will share fermenting tips that will no doubt be a cultural experience for everyone.
The workshop will be held at Della Zona by the fabulous fermenter Mary Nally.
All CFI workshops are open to the public, free for CFI members, and $5 for non-members.
