Discovery Kitchen Tasting Table at Ohio University
Join us to sample recipes featuring locally grown, seasonally available produce! CFI's Discovery Kitchen will be hosting several tasting tables this spring on campus, and we'll also have a copy of our new cookbook available to browse. CFI's Discovery Kitchen empowers all community members to cook with the produce that is grown right here in Appalachian Ohio. Through sharing recipes, hosting tasting tables, and offering workshops led by community members, Discovery Kitchen cultivates relationships and provides skills and information that help make a seasonal, local diet more accessible for everyone!
