 nesday\, March 15.  We will be distributing over 40\,000 pounds of seed po
 tatoes to the community.\n\nhe seed potato give-away is supported in part 
 by Jackson Area Ministries\, who coordinates the delivery. These potatoes 
 are not for eating\, but for planting\, ready to harvest after 100 days. T
 o plant seed potatoes\, cut them into halves or quarters and bury 2-3 inch
 es down in the soil and about 6 inches apart. Harvest after 100 days and e
 xpect 6-10 potatoes for each seed potato planted. \n\nParticipants of the 
 give-away are encouraged to Grow-A-Row for the CFI Donation Station\, help
 ing feed those in need in Southeast Ohio.
